Rich and Amanda Clementi are a husband-and-wife power couple with over 15 years of experience building national companies in healthcare and wellness. Their journey began 18 years ago when they opened their first business, sparking a shared mission of creating organizations that uplift and empower others.
Rich served in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, earning multiple honors for his service. In 1999, he launched his professional MMA career, becoming a 12-time UFC veteran before founding Clementi’s Gladiator Academy, a nonprofit youth wrestling program dedicated to mentoring young athletes by uniting discipline with opportunity. Today, as Founder and CEO of Access Home Care Solutions, Rich continues his mission of improving lives through wellness, infusion therapies, and advanced aesthetics with Amanda by his side.
Amanda brings nearly two decades of healthcare experience and leads Access Aesthetics with creativity and vision. Married for 18 years, Rich and Amanda are the proud parents of four children. Their partnership reflects a balance of resilience and warmth, uniting Rich’s leadership and discipline with Amanda’s positivity and insight. Together, they have built companies on the foundation of family and community, driven by a shared passion for helping others live healthier, more confident lives.
PHIL & ALISA NICAUD
Phil and Alisa Nicaud are the founding team behind Legendary Leadership Consultants. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Phil built multiple successful businesses including a real estate development company before founding Legendary, where he serves as CEO. Alisa, the Chief Administrative Officer, is also the founder of Flourishing Today, a ministry born from her spiritual transformation following the loss of her father.
Together for over 28 years, they balance their business leadership with raising five children in Mandeville, Louisiana. Phil focuses on character-based leadership development through speaking, writing, and coaching, while Alisa equips others with biblical encouragement and practical tools for discovering abundant life in Christ. Their complementary strengths have helped build both Legendary Leadership Consultants and the Kingdom Leadership Network, a non-profit organization connecting and refreshing Kingdom leaders throughout the body of Christ.

Married since 1994, the Marsh’s live in Alabama, and have two sons, Garrett (Jessica) and Joshua (Molly), a daughter Ella (Will), and a granddaughter, Vivian. They are the lead Pastors of BCOMING.CHURCH, founders of Becoming Man and Becoming Woman, and spend time coaching couples and leading Becoming One events.
